Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's journey.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
